Pretty Buck Zeb
PRETTY BUCK ZEB - sire of many of our horses between 1993 and 2003.PRETTY BUCK ZEB was the sire of many of our horses between 1993 and 2003. "Ole Zeb" was sired by BLUTCHER BUCK and out of MISS MARY BLUE. He was 100% Foundation and a true working ranch horse. He was the foundation of our love of Foundation blood and the Grulla color. He spent most of his life on a ranch in Northwest Missouri, earning his living working cattle for over 20 years. He was one of a kind. Zeb was humanely euthanized at the age of 25 in January 2004. Although we didn't own him, he belonged to one of Jim's best friends and was about as close to family as he could get. His owner Del Clement passed away in 2009. We miss them both very much.

Zeb was well known for producing big stout using horses. His only 2 AQHA performing foals were both point earners. We own one of them, a 1995 grulla gelding who has an AQHA point in Western Pleasure, was the 1996 Kansas Buckskin Association Champion Yearling Stallion, stood 3rd at the ABRA World and 5th at the IBHA World as a yearling stallion at halter and then stood 4th in the Gateway to the World Snaffle Bit Futurity as a 2 year old where he placed 1st under 3 out of 6 judges.
